SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase through us hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you have problem with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund in form store credit/coupon or an exchange.

All products are processed and shipped within 48 working hours. In rare scenarios such as public holidays or non-working days, the shipping time might exceed to 72 working hours.
The total turn around time for the order to reach the customer is 3-8 days.
Cancellation for full refund to original payment method can be received if the order is cancelled within 6 hrs from the time the order has been placed.
All returns must be sent back to swuso within 10 days of the order received date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached with original packaging.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its Original Packaging along with invoice and to schedule your return.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges which will be debited from your refund.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refund amount may take 3-4 days to reflect in your store credits. In case of manufacturer’s defect, refund will appear on your credit card statement, bank account or your original payment method within same turn around time. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used items.
- Items without packaging.
- Items without invoice.
- Damaged during transit.
- Damaged by the customer.
- Inner wear.
We take care of all the orders, in unlikely situations for defective or damaged products. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with images attached highlighting the defect in email to arrange a refund, return or exchange.
The customer has to bear the shipping fees incase the reason for return is size, look and feel or any other customer satisfaction issues.
Incase if the design of the product is damaged, the product will be replaced by us.
In case of customer bearing shipping cost for return order maximum amount debited from customers refund amount would be ranging from Rs 50 – Rs 100/- depending on the serviceable pin code logistic charges.
